The residential building is a dynamic volume located in the neighborhood of Gertsena and Kirova streets in Tyumen.

In order to increase the capacity of projected spaces, the geometry of the house was determined by the shape of the site. The perimeter of the 1st floor as a wave repeats a border of the area defining a dynamic nature of the site’s landscape. The residential part of the building formed above the first floor has a strict geometric form and a red brick facade.

Concrete balconies give the facade a chaotic dynamic and saturate a living part of the dwelling.
