The second phase of building a residential complex is a continued exploration of a Tyumen historical district. The residential house received a different spot for site development due to the influence of architectural monuments and nature zones. The majority of apartments there has their windows out on two sides — it let the inhabitants enjoy a natural lighting during the day, beautiful river view and historical districts’ sights.

Owners will also have an access to the public roofs. The apartments on the last floors have exits to the personal terrace.
